How to cook Miso Soup

I will introduce how to cook Miso Soup, my favorite soup. At first, put a pot with water, Kombu it is kind of dried kelp, and Niboshi it is like dried baby fish on fire.  After boiling the stock, remove Kombu and Niboshi from a pot.  Then, put the ingredients you like (usually, we put Wakame and Tofu). Next, add miso paste and stir in the pot. Finally, put the topping  like Negi it is green long onion on the Miso Soup. That is all. Miso Soup is Japanese traditional soup and also most popular soup in Japan . Many Japanese eat this almost every day. It is very delicious and very good for health. This makes us feel good! I think Every Japanese like it!

I think you should  tell him not to do such a thing and reason why what you did is bad thing when he throw things at people who visit the house. If he keep doing , you should scold and slap his hand. Because the brain feel heartache and body ache are same place. Maybe he will repent that he did.

Omisoka

     My favorite celebration is Omisoka. Omisoka is the last day of the year. Every year on this day, I go to my grandmothers house with my family. My cousin and her mother also come there. On the night we enjoy music variety shows or marathon programs on TV, and special dinner. Many funny varieties are on air this day. It is very common Japanese style. This day is also my cousin’s birthday. So, we eat cakes too. It is my pleasure time! And we go to the temple around twelve am. Buddhist temples start ringing their bells on late New Year's Eve and continue into the early hours of New Year 's Day -108times in all. The figure symbolize the casting away of  108 earthly desires. Actually we can ring this bell. After that we can get cup noodles and some snacks and a sweet alcoholic drink made from fermented rice there . And we eat New year's Eve Buckwheat Noodles.  Usually Japanese people eat that in Omisoka. But we don't care about that. Eating buckwheat noodles, and wishing for longevity has remained as one of the good old traditions of the night. People pray for longevity by eating long thin noodles, hoping for the health of the whole family in the coming year. Every year on this day, I am very excited because I can eat delicious food and I can get New Year in New Year's gift. 

 That is why this day is my favorite celebration.

The family TODAY

 I learned the family today in the United State . The traditional image of the average family in the  United state is that Mom takes care of her children and a house while Dad drives off to work.  But such a family is relatively rare today.  New forms of the family unit have become increasingly common. I will give three of what I learned.

 At first, recently in the United States, there has been a tremendous increase in the numbers of married women who work outside the home .  

 Second,  with increased divorce, there has been a huge rise in the number of children growing up in households with just one parent. These families are more likely to experience unemployment, lack of social support, problem at school, and so on.

 Third, Because of the high rates of divorce and remarriage, stepfamilies have also become quite common.

Compared with the families in the United State, Japanese families almost tend to be like that. It is very common in Japan that the married women works outside the home.  It is because of active participation of women in society. The jobs women can get have increased. And I think a recession is also main reason.  There are many families they can not make a living without Mom’s income.  Mom also need to work to make a living.

And,  there are  many children growing up in households with just one parent because of divorce. As I mentioned before, The job women can get has increased. Even if women divorce, they can get job, they can live. I think that is why children they live just one parent.

Regarding of stepfamily, the rate of  that is still quite smaller than the United State. But I have a friend whose family is stepfamily. I heard of her life. It seemed to be kind of hard. I got to know there are a lot of problem.

Finally, I learned that the United State has many kinds of family style. It is very interesting. I hope all family live to happy.
