Behaviors my parents taught me

One of behaviors my parents taught me is greeting someone I meet with a smile. My grandmother was a principal. She was kind of famous person among local teachers because of  her character of funny, unique, and cheerful. So, even my teacher knew her. I still remember that when I met my teacher for the first time, my teacher ask meAre you Ms.Eto’s grandchild?”  I was surprised! If I am with my grandmother or my parents, we often see people they knew them.  And then, of course, I also have to greet them. My parents and my grand mother have taught me to greet someone I met with a smile since I was a child because they believe greeting is very important thing. They said to me that greeting is a go-between for people. They also told me that if people greet someone with smile, someone get to feel good. I agreed with them. So, I decided to do every time I see someone.

  3. Akane,

Please include two more examples of how your parents taught you to behave. What were your rewards and punishments if you did not follow what your parents taught you.
